During the month of June, the ASPB took position in the consultation process on three important issues : the automatic exchange of tax information, the partial revision of the Banking Act and the improvement of framework conditions for blockchain/DLT (distributed ledger technology).

Interview with Jan Langlo in the radio show "Forum"
On Thursday, June 27, 2019, the Federal Council activated the protection measure of the Swiss Stock Exchange following the European Commission's decision not to extend the stock exchange equivalence for Switzerland. These two measures came into force on Monday, July 1, 2019. The day before, Jan Langlo, Director of the Association of Swiss Private Banks, spoke on this subject during the "Forum" show.
